How to Activate the Seller-Buyer Chat Feature:

To enable the Seller-Buyer Chat feature on your Marketplace, follow these steps:


Log in to your Marketplace Admin Panel as an admin.

From the admin dashboard, navigate to the Configuration section.

Within the Configuration section, find and click on Seller-Buyer Chat settings.

Once in the Seller-Buyer Chat settings, you will see an option to toggle the feature on. Switch the toggle to ON to enable the chat feature for sellers.


After toggling the feature on, follow any further prompts or configuration options that may appear (such as enabling specific settings for the chat interface or customizing the chat appearance).

Once you’ve enabled the feature and followed the prompts, click Save to apply the changes.

Now, the Seller-Buyer Chat feature will be active, and buyers will be able to communicate with sellers directly on the product pages.

How to Use Seller-Buyer Chat:

For Buyers:
On the product page, you will see a button or icon.Click on the button to open the chat window.

Once the chat window is open, you can about the product, inquire about availability, pricing, shipping, and any other concerns you might have.

After the seller responds, you can continue the conversation, ask for clarifications, or confirm your purchase intent.You will be notified whenever the seller responds, ensuring a continuous flow of communication.

For Sellers:


Ensure that the feature is activated for your store within your seller panel settings.
